About us
The firm is built on deep subject-matter expertise, trial readiness, and a practical understanding of business realities.
Dan Levine is a Florida Bar Board Certified Specialist in Labor and Employment Law, and, along with Robin Frank, the firm represents employers and employees in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies.
His practice focuses on matters involving wage and hour, discrimination and harassment, retaliation, the Family and Medical Leave Act, whistleblower protection, the enforcement or defense of non-compete agreements, unfair competition and trade secret claims, and employment contracts. In addition to litigation, Dan advises, counsels, and trains businesses on proactive employment strategies, including HR counseling and audits, drafting and reviewing handbooks and employment agreements, conducting sexual harassment and EEO training, and negotiating severance and executive separation agreements.
Robin also leads the firm’s business and real estate litigation practice, representing clients in complex commercial disputes, including breach of contract, business torts, trademark infringement, and commercial landlord-tenant matters. She has extensive experience litigating real estate disputes arising from failed transactions, including partition actions, specific performance, fraud in the sale or purchase of property, and claims under consumer protection statutes.
Robin is also highly experienced in matters involving Florida’s Homeowners’ and Condominium Association Statutes and secured a landmark appellate victory establishing new law on the enforcement of association governing documents and bylaws.
