Robin’s practice is built on a simple idea: clients don’t need legal jargon or boilerplate advice – they need an attorney who can provide solutions when the consequences matter. On the employment side, Robin regularly advises employers on day-to-day workforce issues, compliance, and risk management, often serving as outside general counsel or HR counsel. She helps clients prevent disputes through smart policies, well-drafted handbooks, internal investigations, and management training. When litigation can’t be avoided, she defends employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including but not limited to, wage and hour disputes, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, FMLA, whistleblower claims, and enforcement of non-compete agreements. Robin also represents employees in select employment matters. Having spent years on both sides of the table, she brings a rare, real-world perspective to these cases – one that allows her to anticipate arguments, cut through posturing, and focus on results rather than noise.

In addition to employment matters, Robin handles complex business, franchise, and real estate litigation, including contract disputes, business torts, commercial landlord-tenant issues, trademark infringement, and real estate transactions gone wrong. She has extensive experience litigating claims involving homeowners’ and condominium associations and achieved an appellate victory that established new law regarding the enforcement of association governing documents. Robin also maintains a niche practice in the structured settlement industry, serving as Florida counsel for national clients in these transactions.

Robin is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Her work has been recognized by Florida Super Lawyers and the South Florida Legal Guide. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, summa cum laude, from Florida Atlantic University and her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law.
